Renovated 195 guest rooms and suites, including complete demolition of bathrooms. Installed new showers in 75% of rooms using a quick-drain product. Installed new tile, vanities, carpet, paint, FF&E and closets. Converted 12 guest rooms to meet current ADA requirements. Tore out and replaced vinyl wallcoverings, carpet, base and fixtures in corridors.
