Completely remodeled 321 guest rooms, removing from site all existing FF&E, carpet, tile, tubs and vinyl wallcoverings. Installed new showers in 75% of bathrooms. Installed new tile and new plumbing fixtures. Overhauled public areas including painting walls, ceilings and woodwork as well as installing new flooring, vinyl wallcoverings, lighting and FF&E. Executive lounge moved to main floor, where it was framed, wired, plumbed, drywalled and finished, including a custom-built shark-tooth ceiling with wooden beams. Renovated all ballroom, meeting room, pool and bar areas.
